• Consult with members and other key stakeholders to assess their concerns and requirements with regard to the services that you manage.
• Help you to implement the changes that will result in service improvements, better customer satisfaction and cost savings.
• I can also offer a more flexible approach than larger consulting firms, if necessary just working a few days per month or a few hours per week
